Lemerco Elekronik Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Hereinafter referred to as “Lemerco (lemerco)”) will not share, sell, or use the personal data transmitted electronically by users through its website www.lemerco.com and www.lemerco.com ("Website") or mobile applications for different purposes, except in the situations described in the "Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

IP Addresses: To identify system-related problems, to promptly resolve issues that may arise on the website/mobile applications, and to notify legal authorities when necessary according to law and procedures, Lemerco identifies and uses users' IP addresses when required. IP addresses can also be used to identify users in a general (anonymous) way and to collect comprehensive demographic information.

Anonymous Data: Information requested by Lemerco or provided by the user, or information related to transactions made via the Website/Mobile Application, may be used by Lemerco and its collaborators for various statistical evaluations, database creation, personalized packages/offers, and market research without revealing the user's identity.

Linking to Other Sites: Lemerco may provide links to other sites within the Website/Mobile Application. Lemerco does not bear any responsibility for the privacy practices and content of the sites accessed via the link.

Bank / Credit Card Information: Lemerco uses an SSL certificate (green bar) that provides information security with a 256-bit encryption algorithm in data transmission. Users' bank/credit card information is used only by the bank or payment institution during the purchase process and is never stored in the database. Lemerco may offer an infrastructure where card information can be stored through PCI DSS certified institutions to facilitate users' next purchases, which simplifies Authentication and Authorization steps, providing a secure and easy payment tool for cardholders.

Situations Where User Data May Be Disclosed: Personal data belonging to the user includes name-surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, and any other information intended to identify the user. Lemerco will not disclose any of the personal data to third parties, except for Lemerco's collaborators and affiliated companies, unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy. In the following situations, Lemerco may disclose user information to third parties by deviating from the provisions of this privacy policy. These situations are;

• Compliance with the obligations imposed by the law, Decree-Law, Regulation, etc., issued by competent legal authorities and in force;
• Fulfillment of the requirements of the contracts concluded by Lemerco with users and their implementation;
• When information about users is requested for a duly conducted investigation or inquiry by the competent administrative and judicial authority and it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of Users.

Cookies: Lemerco may obtain information about users and their use of the Website by using a technical communication file (Cookie) prepared by itself or by 3rd parties. These technical communication files are small text files that a website sends to the user's browser to be stored in the main memory. The technical communication file facilitates use by keeping the session open by storing the user's session information, password, and preferences, and recognizing the user on their next visit. The technical communication file helps to obtain statistical information about how many people use the Website, for what purpose, how many times a person has visited the Website, and how long they have stayed, and to dynamically generate advertisements and content from specially designed user pages. The technical communication file is not designed to retrieve data or any other personal information from the main memory or e-mail. It may send promotional and informational Campaign/Offer/Package announcements when deemed necessary or in agreement with 3rd party partners. When you first create an account on our system, you accept e-mail and SMS transmissions by default. Users can prevent these e-mails from reaching them by clicking the link specified at the bottom of the e-mail, as explained. Also, there are facilities in your user panel to block them.
