This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Lemerco Digital Services Inc. ("Lemerco", "Company", "we") and any individual or legal entity ("User", "you") that accesses the lemerco.com website or uses any hosting, domain, SaaS, consultancy, design, or other digital products and services offered by Lemerco. By accessing the Site or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement governs the User’s access to the Site and use of the Services. Lemerco reserves the right to update the terms unilaterally; the updated text becomes effective upon publication on the Site.
You may need to create a user account on the Site to fully benefit from the Services.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; otherwise your account may be suspended.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify Lemerco immediately of any unauthorized use.
The User may not use the Service for any activity that (i) violates applicable laws, (ii) infringes third‑party rights, or (iii) involves malware, spam, DDoS attacks, illegal, obscene, or hateful content. Lemerco reserves the right to suspend the Service, remove Content, or terminate the account upon detecting a violation.
Service fees are stated on the Site and, unless otherwise indicated, exclude VAT.
Payments are collected via credit card, bank transfer, PayTR, or other listed methods.
Subscription Services renew automatically unless cancelled, and the applicable fees for the new term are charged.
Where digital content is delivered instantaneously, statutory right‑of‑withdrawal limitations under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 may apply.
All software, design, trademarks, and content presented on the Site or within the Service are owned by Lemerco or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
Lemerco processes personal data in compliance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details are provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
The Service may include third‑party APIs, software, or infrastructure services. Lemerco is not liable for any loss resulting from interruptions or errors in such services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Lemerco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant Service during the past 12 months.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lemerco from any third‑party claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the User’s use of the Service.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events beyond their control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber‑attacks, power outages, or regulatory actions.
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the User accesses the Site or uses the Service. The User may close the account at any time. Lemerco may terminate the Service immediately upon breach of this Agreement.
Lemerco reserves the right to amend the Agreement. Continued use of the Site or Services after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
